Receipe  of the month  

Chocolate Ice-Cream

Requirements -

1 litre milk

2 level table spoon stabilizer

2 table spoon corn flour

1/4 level tea spoon cream powder

2 table spoon cocoa powder

2 tea spoon chocolate powder

1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence

1½ to 2 cups sugar

1 cup fresh cream

Method :

1. In cup of milk mix corn flour stabilizer cream powder.
2. Add in the remaining milk add sugar & boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Mix cocoa powder & chocolate powder properly
4. Put in freezer to set. Beat twice
